well if you are talking about usability i don't think it is user friendly, it has small screen comparing other substitutes iphone, black berry imate.
and if you type much then touch screen with small screen doesnt go well it got to have a key pad.
if you want a PDA go for something else and if you want a not so common cool gadget then its allright.

few days back i was also considering whether to go for iphone or black berry , initially loved iphone it was a great piece and very user friendly and with lots of features but for the reason it was unlocked, had touch screen key pad and was too cool to be kept in pocket and used regardless of where you are i am going for black berry.

although not cool as iphone, but atleast i can put it in my jeans pocket without cover and drive/sit and use the keypad.
