To some extent, i agree with this. Although some, albeit a few, remarkable individuals have the ability and the willingness to extend themselves and see beyond their own horizon. Admittedly, not a lot of us are like that.
Hmm.. maybe I didn’t say that right cos I dont totally agree with it myself
I dunno. This is where you come into the ‘damned if you do, damned if you don’t’ arguments.. on both sides. Thing is, the process has started. We can’t just do some happy unilateral disarmament like after WWI, that doesn’t work. So how do you combat this sort of thing without spreading it further? (again, on both sides. if the terrorists believe their claims are legit then they need to find legit ways of expressing them, but how?)
Well put Seminole, well put. You have nailed down the hypocrisy of some here. I am used to seeing this sort of if...and..but arguments whenever terrorists of the Wahabist persuasion are involved in any such act.

Here we go again on piling on Wahabi's. Can you take your blinders of and entertain other thoughts? What is so wrong about questioning your self...Turkey Just said no to sending Troops to Iraq? How can US make them do what US wants? One way is to bring the terror to their soil. It might not be true but is very plausible. So get off your hypocrit bandwagon of US does no wrong and let other thoughts enter your brain once in a while to keep it fresh. Its getting pretty stale up there.
