Read what I said. You can create sex appeal. You can't fix average looks. Unless you have plastic surgery....
Keep urself groomed and play-up u're sex appeal.. (that goes for guys too, dirty fingernails eww!)

^ Hmm...I defer to CMs correct (Albeit crude) description of sex appeal. I had a different interpretation in my mind.
Perhaps the interpretation of sex appeal is different for each gender. Women dont put too much superficial values on mens looks. However, we may think that because men are more shallow about looks, an average looking woman wouldnt hold sex appeal to them
By the way, the OP stated, sexY appeal perhaps to differentiate from CMs translation of SEX appeal (which conjures up the image of a woman you would like to do something with..regardless of whether you were attracted to her!)

I just don't believe a guy ~ EVEN ~ in an hypothetical situation, would tell a girl she is average looking - if he finds her sexy.
Sexy is attractive. Sexy - means your average looks have ALREADY been overlooked.
In this case, average looks is not so average anymore.
There are so many beautiful girls out there who are NOT sexy. Ashwarya Rai is one of them. she is beautiful but sexy ! NO WAY!
