How was it like in the 60s and 70s

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

Again you were not even born. I don’t know from where you got this understanding or rather misunderstanding. Things were never looked promising for particulary former East Pakistan. Since partition their right of living snatched by those who are now trumpeting the glad tidings in former West Pakistan now Pakistan. I don’t consider that that period some one should be proud of.

As a human being Bhutto might have some weaknesses but he was never destroyer of Pakistan. Get this fact downloaded in to your biased brain perhaps feed by your elders or you might be more inclined to JI’s propoganda. That is a lie.

Take a very good look at the following photograph, and must weep what these laanti kirdar brought the shame and humiliations to country named Pakistan and to Pakistanis

(Request to moderator, please don’t remove this photograph. Let the people know what rulers than did to their own people in former East Pakistan in the seventies which were the worst years in history of Pakistan.)

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

I know ZAB even after his demise, after 33 years, still creating lots of pain deleted of many to hide the real criminals under a lie and false pretext.

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

No, it causes pain in the deleted of jiyalas that even 50,000 tons of burnol is not enough. I guess bhutto calling bengalis suwar ka bachcha (youtube videos are there) and roedad khan saying that bhutto said that why not creat law & order disturbances in E. Pakistan so we don’t have to transfer power to them? Go watch that capital talk program from Dec. 16 of this year.

I guess that everyone is lying and the maglomanica bhutto and its supporters are saints and angels. Hopefully, we won’t go to hell for blaspheming against the Great Bhutto! :hehe:

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

It is about 1971 and Bhutto is not even relevant here?

Don't even know what you are trolling about with the mentor here ... :D

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

I did not say that. But he was not relevant what military and bureaucrats like Roe Dad Khan whom you adore him because of uttering bakwas, did in former East Pakistan. Rest of your post is meaningless.

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

The difference between you and I is that you hero wardship people and I don't. In your mind Bhuttos are demigods and they can do no wrong. So, allow me to highlight something of the things ZAB is responsible for. First, he was unwillingness to accept democratic mandate of people of EP and his unwillingness to share power with Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Second, the economic destruction of they country by nationalizing the economy. He destroyed the countrys economy and created the culture of corruption that exist to this day. All state owned companies are nothing more than employment opportunities for party workers, and merit was replaced with nepotism under his regime. Third, his pandering to mullahs. He declared Qadianis non-Muslims, outlaw alcohol and set the stage for Zia's Islamization of the country. He was also the 1st one to suspend the Constitution, and declared himself civil martial law administrator (he was a dictator).

So, to you Bhutto(s) maybe demigods, but to me they are nothing more than another mega rich corrupt feudal family that has been feasting on miseries of masses of the poor and unfortunate country.

Re: How was it like in the 60s and 70s

I am not Bhutto worshiper and I already said that he had weaknesses like any normal human being is prone to. You blame wrongly ZAB for the tragedy. Dictator had full powers to hand over power to Sh Mujib, but he did not. I have posted a video of this dictator that how he viewed Bengali during in that reign of terror.

As regard nationalization, it was his election agenda and he got West Pakistani votes particularly from Punjab as he was more popular with people of Punjab than people of Sindh. I agree with you on Qadiani and outlawing alcohal issue. That was his few mistakes and he paid heavy price in indulging in that stupidity in a bid to save his government to please JI and its cronies in PNA movement.
