The last thread reminded me because I have been having this problem a lot more in recent years. I am not one to use a lot of products or anything on my hair except for rare occasions that I feel like doing something to it so its not what im doing to my hair at all because i literally just use a blow dryer. But in the shower I find that my hair falls out a lot. How can I help this from happening?? What has worked for you???

Im very sorry about this. But i heard head and shoulders is good, dont always have your hair tied up as the tension might cause it, brush your hair gently and massage your scalp, use luke warm water when washing your hair hope this helps!
