In simple words faith is more or less “blind”, a stong faith does provide you answers without asking questions. Human logic can not go beyond the characteristics of the matter that makes a human being, thus falls short of answering many questions about faith.

Quest to find a reason behind every question about faith is a recipe of “waywarddness”

Well, faith is blind for people who are blind.

I am sure if you were Hindu, you would be worshiping Monkey God Hanuman, Elephant face Ghanesh, would be pouring milk and oil on Shiva Lingham, would be sacrificing your kids to Kali Mai … everything you would be doing with devotion … and would be justifying your acts by saying same what you said above, that, ‘faith is blind’.

I am pretty sure that with such mind set around, Iblees do not have to worry as humans would keep worshiping him and his absurdities blindly, without questioning, as their strong faith on absurdities would keep providing them answers without asking questions.

I am also pretty sure that every Prophet (AS) Allah sent for guidance must have asked people to stop absurdities in the name of religion, start thinking and questioning, use sense and be logical … but people under the influence of Shaitan following their absurd faith blindly must have told prophets (AS) that faith is blind so do not criticize their faith, and must have persecuted Prophets (AS) for saying that what they (blind followers) do in the name of religion is foolish and absurd. … Well, it was these blind followers who threw Ibrahim (AS) into fire and later exiled him for saying that to worship idols who cannot even remove fly from their faces is absurdity, and it was same people who rejected Nuh (AS) telling people to stop worshiping idols, and same was the case with Prophet (SAW) in Mecca resulting in his exile, as when he reminded people that idols worshipping is absurd, they went against him because their faith on idols was blind.
