Why is it always that I think of creating a thread about something but never get to do as some other active souls jump into action with ditto similar queries??
Just 7 days left for my D-day..And as opposed to all the solutions provided here, I'm gorging on my fav junk food, not exercising coz I'm somehow getting slimmer by the day, no skin treatments at all coz mamma says I'm just fine but as for being mentally prepared, I had my dad's doctor friend counselling me about life with in laws but I still feel great anxiety about all the wedding rituals.
Gals at our side are supposed to be super shy, no talking no posing, their eyes hidden in the ghoongat should meet the floor. God knows how I'm gonna manage all that; not that I am very outspoken but I'm kinda chirpy and mischievous at home, plus my best friend will be with me all the time and it's extremely difficult to not to have fun in her company!
Then there's this weight thingy..My wedding dress is freakin heavy and I've drastically lost kgs unknowingly. So far this ,"Kuch khaao, badan banao" dialogue's been my mom's favorite one and I never heeded because everybody said I'm a perfect pathan girl..but now the same people are worried and they say,"shaadi ke waqt bohot energy chahye hoti hai"...sad
7 din bache hain, kya hoga mera???
Any jhat-pat fataa fat tips for preparing myself/ recorrecting mistakes as well??
hey gulnaar ji u getting hitched??? mashallah bohat bohat mubarekein!!! Allah swt aap dono ko bohat hiii beshumaar khushiyan dein ameen sum ameen:yahoo:!!!
Raunaka to awengi ik tareekh baad ke sadde relatives aawengeyy...Lol, I can't speak that beautiful language at all!
I'm happy but sad as well, dunno how my parents will cope with my absence .I just wish nobody in this world has just one kid, that too a girl! These crazy worldly ritual of bidaai and 'ladki paraya dhan' thing is just pathetic to say the least!

ohh sweets .. shaadi ka din bohat hi khoobsoorat din hota hai and u make it ur special day- love will all ur hearts content and love with passion... inshallah the rest is worked at - communicate effectively and inshallah compromise with a rational insight.. u will be fine inshallah.. its a lifetime commitment and i believe u will both make it work- baqi let it go over ur head- each person in your families wants to be part of such a happy and prestigious day.. let them fuss over it - u just concentrate on you and ur honnewaala- its all about you both and keep that firmly in mind............many many best wishes and duahs sweets!!!!
**Gulnaar shaadii mubaarak ho bahooot bahooot :)
mirii dost banii hai dulhan aur phool khile haiN dil ke
are, merii bhii shaadii ho jaaye, du'aa karo tum sab mil ke!!!!
try to relax n take it easy. don't start beauty, health regime all of a sudden. just pick few simple, doable things n stick to them.. Also starting on many ends at same time will only increase stress. u can't really do a lot in 2 months anyways so act as its nothing big.
Just pick a good makeup artist that makes u look gr8 on wedding day.
PS: Can't u delay it. i don't like emegency weddings...wat's the rush
