Re: How to Mentally & Physically
oh I dint know you were looking for tat detialed response.
Try to intake more fruits, vegetables and water as they help bring freshness on your skin. I dont know which specific fruits or veggies but all raw veggies and fruits are good esp. blueberries, oranges, grapes, carrots, tomatoes (but not the seeds) cucumbers, etc. (they are not based on any facts just what i would do so if you dont get the intended results plz dont blame me). Fresh or 100% juices are also very beneficial as most of them say 1 glass = 2 servings of fruit or veggies in case u cant get enuf fruits/veggies in original form.
Avoid oily things as they contribute to oily skins and pimples , acne n all other problems.
Don't bother going on diet as a healthy diet is crucial before a wedding so you look healthy, pretty and well nourished. If you feel you need to lose wieght that could be done by avoiding oily foods, increasing in take of salads, and other healthy meals. But REMEMBER to intake a proper full meal!
Also invest in good cleansers --preferably a branded one would be good. some common good ones are clean and clear, neutorgena (some ppl have complained about acne after too much use of neutrogena) so use sth tat suits ur skin. consult a sales associate or sum1 and read reviews before purchasing it esp if u have little time left.
Invest in good quality makeup which suits ur skin including foundation. Finding the right foundation can be tricky and it's best to consult the associates and test it on ur skin before you buy it. remember as the name implies, it's the foundation of your makeup a bad foundation can ruin your whole other efforts including fresh skin, expensive eye shadow blush, etc. so remember not to be kanjoos when it comes to foundation!
Multiple colours of eye shadow is always a good idea so you can mix and match and REMEMBER TO PRACTICE it on a few times even at home so you get comfortable with wearing makeup and also learn a few techniques as u apply it on. Practice Makes Perfect! You can also buy make up tips books as well as search online.
A few shades of lip colour, nail polishes are also good.
If you need to bleach your face/side burns remember to do it on time i.e. if you get it done professionaly make sure u go to the same person as tat person would have mor experience and familiarity with ur skin and if u do it on ur own then buy ur regular brand.
A good hair cut and mani cure pedi cure and waxing are also important! Remember a good hair cut can completely cahnge your looks (in a good way)..i'll b bak with more dinner time.
