try going to the gym, burn 500 cals per day for 7 days and you will lose 1 lb :) However also eat healthy, berries are great for you, apples, oranges, dark green veggies, eat food with fiber and omega 3, also food with good amounts of protein, avoid trans fats, chocolates, sweets. I'm trying to do all this so I can lose weight for my upcoming trip to Pakistan. You know how people up there love to make fun even if u have a little fat on you. Make up? eerrrr I'm the wrong person to be giving advice on that lol Anyways as for mentally, just take positive steps towards it. Make dua, ask for Allah's help and guidance. And just let things flow, insha'Allah everything will work out fine :) Over all, enjoy all the attention, lime light, being showered with gifts, dholkis, mehndies, people dancing for you, running aap ke aagay peechay lol
