Sit her down and tell her that you can’t see her sad and you’d like to fix whatever is wrong. You sseem to have an idea (neglecting her), so maybe start by taking her for dinner and then talk? She’s your mom, moms are so soft hearted..I bet she wwill open uup to you and you guys wwill solve things. Goodluck!
