have you tried slowly moving away from the habit. get a chair next to her bed, sit there until she falls a sleep.

my four year old wants one of us to be in the room while he falls a sleep. So we sit by him until he does. it use to take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, but now he is out in 10-15 minutes.

Try putting a toddler bed next to your bed. That’s what we did to sleep train our son so he could learn not to sleep in our bed. After a few months we tried the other room. Yes, he still came to our room at night but slowly the frequency decreased.

she wants us to be on the bed. we tried everything. she will just turn and twist till we hug her. if we have to get up for some reason even for a minute she comes with us.
