Hubnubs, I tried this for 2 weeks and definitely saw an improvement. TBT, the difference was apparent after only 4-5 days. I do 10 repetitions of each movement shown in the video. Hope this works for you as well. (You DO end up looking weird while doing this but since it doesn’t take more than 2 minutes tops, I just do it in front of the bathroom mirror with the door closed).
