You should lose your overall weight and your face will also slim down.

Makeup can do the trick too but if you’re overweight, I doubt makeup would make any major difference.

Also, I heard exercises for the face are actually not good? They do nothing for tightening the skin and cause more wrinkles… is that true?

Ditto with losing the overall weight.

I don’t know about the causing of more wrinkles, but if I see the woman who has developed Facercise.. i highly doubt it.
