for youtube, i simply use keepvid dhot kawm , it saves the files in mp4
if i were to transfer files from pc, i would run a webserver on the pc on click-basis, connect psp (supports wifi) via that webserver, and save files like that.. lately i've started developing anti-cable-habits in some aspects of computers..
