how to deal with speed-bumps .... Dubai style

it wasn't the Lamborghini drivers fault that they didn't put up a sign stating "Speed-bump ahead" or something like that.

other then that these cars are deemed road legal by the Traffic Administration which is a govt. body, so I think the govt. is to blame here, there isn't a single country that would not let you drive a Ferrari or a Lamborghini or a Porsche just because they're to damn fast, race tracks have nothing to do with them because not every country has a race track you know, Kuwait doesn't, I have to go all the way to Bahrain to get some track action, but I still can drive a Ferrari or Lamborghini in Kuwait and we still have a few unrestricted patch of motorways here, you can go flat out and no one would ever raise a finger against you.
