No it wasn't the female thing. We discussed it in the meeting today and came up with a solution. I get my own 2 drivers out the 100 that we have and I can do whatever I want with them. Once I am comfortable with 2 then we will increase it to 5 then to 10 and so on. I think hands on is the best option and I would have never understood things properly with him because he never explains or lets me do anything.
