The proper way to cook a ghost is as follows;
Go to the Ghost Market
Check out all the Ghosts
Dont hesitate to bargain with the Ghost peddlars
Be sure to check out the teeth ( doo daanT ya 6 Daant)
Check and see if the Tail is okay, the body is not bruised or have cut marks
The Ghost should look healthy.
Once that part is done, hire a suzuki wala
load your ghost into the suzuki and put some PaTHaay etc, inside to keep him occupied during the road journey.
Once you get home, tie your ghost to the main door, so that all may look and admire him / her (if its a ghostni). A flower garland or currency note haar may be hung in its gardan , for beautification 
Then hunt for a ghost butcher. Haggle with him until he comes down to reasonable rates. The ghost sri may be donated to him. But the khaal has to go to some charitable organization.
After the ghost has been halalafied, and cut into small pieces
you may proceed with the cooking

the only way to cook a ghost is to collect necroplasm from the seances… necroplasm is the only discharge/residue that they can muster…looks a bit like dog sick.. all stringy and gooey and white…
