You only have 7 posts so you probably cannot PM (private message) anyone right now. If you have a query, you can create a thread in the GS Support section and you will have the admins’ attention right away. If it is something confidential that you’d like to discuss with the admins, wait for them to get back to you, I’ve moved this thread to GS Support.

Also, you should be become able to Private Message other fellow members and the team after you’ve achieved 25 posts. After you’ve achieved 1000 post count, you automatically become eligible to have a customized avatar that you can upload yourself.

Actually, members with 0-posts can still send PMs.
