You should be able to edit your post within 24 hours , after 24 hours you can replace your original photo by uploading another image for example of a monkey and name it the same as your original photo , your original photo will be replaced by photo of that monkey.
If this trick does not work take two aspirins and call me in the morning.
But it does work, I guarantee it.

I tried re-uploading it with another photo,… not working! Aspirins are temporary solutions, I want a permanent one!
