^The thing is obvious...whether he shows it or not...we are in the same shift/team...Besides i have never ever seen some one keeping his/her hanky on his/her nose whenever i am around or pass by....These are the things that this A** H*** is doing...

First, talk to him. If that doesn't solve the problem, talk to your instructor and change the team etc. as other people are suggesting.

Why should he change his team? It’s the ignorant jerk who needs to be straightened up. Beat the crap out of him. :mad: Or, like Suroor suggested, do the same with him. Beat him at his own game. See what he does then. Grr…the nerve!

keep some wipes at hand and clean EVERYTHING he touches.. he hands you a pencil.. wipe it clean before using.. better yet.. hold it by the edge and light a small bonfire somehwere .. he'll get the message pretty soon..

Take him to one side, tell him what youve noticed him doing and ask for an explanation. If he gives you an explanation you're happy with, then fine.....turn the incident into a joke and laugh it off together.
If he becomes embarrassed by it all....or cant explain, explain to him that this kind of behaviour is NOT something that you will tolorate.

I would imagine that once he realises that you know what hes upto he'll either stop or be more discreet.

I have changed my team today… i can’t put up with these kind of A** H****…now i am in a team with a very cool girl :blush:
