Ther should be difference between him and others. If he was cruel ? It is good not to be cruel. As a justure for others to know what a character todays muslims have? If they would behave the same way as did saddam hussain then there is no difference between him and todays government. Todays government should care about his family, his daughters and wives, which he did not care for others family. I read some where that when some muslims asked to kill shias then as a reply SISTANI said that iraq is a land for every iraqi. I would not allow you to kill any one. You ahould try to save your livees. We would not kill any one we are not like them. Our job is to provide security to every one present on iraqis land.
He added if they are the bad doers we would never be like them. Every life is given by GOD , we can not take it. So I guess DO NOT KILL SADDAM THINK ABOUT HIS FAMILY MEMBERS.

We cannot take lives? what about those whose guilt is proven beyond doubt?
Yes it is better to firgive but this right is upto the families of the victims

You are right. We should give rights to the families of victims. Anyway What about every day killings of innocent people by----XYZ. In Iraq or else where. You can not wash the hatred ; it is too deep rooted. Everyone KHUDA BUN BEHTHA HAI.

My friend, I appreciate your concern for solving this problem and surely the killings today in iraq whether by americans shias or sunnis are equally regretable acts but that shouldnt mean that Saddam is allowed to go free.
