well from what i've read, our bodies are also set to an ideal biological weight. so with losing, at some point, it becomes really hard to lose weight and thats your system's way of telling you to back off, you're just fine and don't need to lose more without going to extremes which are usually unhealthy. so maybe it works for the reverse too? you're at your ideal weight already?
^^ yup. it's about 10 kg this way or that. you can gain or lose 10 lbs (i can't remember if it was lb or kg) real quickly, and after that it becomes much harder
I gain 5 to 6 pounds on the weekend (pig out), workout like hell during the week and go back to my regular weight (which is 156 pounds constantly). I have been at the same weight mark for the past five, six years (mainly due to my strict diet and workout regimen during the week). In this age, it is easy as hell to lose five pounds during the week, gain it back up and let the cycle continue. I'm sure as I grow older, I would pig out less on the weekends and introduce a bit more balance into my eating habits.

I am not sure
I think 110 pounds when you'r 5 5 is under weight.
well you didn’t specify that before
according to the webbernet, your ideal weight is 112 - 143, so you’re not too far off target. however, whats your BMI? a lot of research is now saying its not so much your weight as your BMI that dictates whether you’re healthy or not because it measures the amount of body fat that you have.
I gain weight very quickly, if i eat a little more then the usual i find my self heavier but i have to eat half roti once every day in order to lose weight :(
Ooohh, I am champion at gaining and losing weight :D
Few years ago I lost 5kg in 2 weeks time during Ramzaan and other stress related issue's. Gained the same weight later on when things were normal again.
I can lose like 5kg in a metter of weeks, and then gain the same in a few months. If I eat out a lot (read: junk food) then I'd weigh around 70-72kg. And if I discipline myself and only eat home made food, then I'll be back to the eternal 65kg that I have been for many years now. Though it now seems to have increased to 70kg (which I am now).
