brainfood i hav an exam in the afternoon, and dad has forbidden me from further studies today
it was his idea to drink glucose, and also he said to take energy drink with me into exam :)

Glucose is a simple sugar and is one of the most important carbohydrates, hence the reason, it's used as a source of energy....and is ideal after a work-out. FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW.

yeah it did i think, i drank about 600ml of glucose solution, (4 heaped spoons in water) over a 3 hour period int he morning for an afternoon exam, i stayed more alert than i think i would have been
and it is better for you than those energy drinks you get
(beware it makes u wanna use the toilet alot )
