Read meat? Very less, usually not even once a month.
I take chicken every single day and usually twice a day! I like mutton karahis but i have them like once a month only. I am a fish lover too, i can eat it almost everyday but usually i take it twice a week.
I am going to cut down on my chicken intake and go with veges and fruits because i tried this in december last year and my skin got this radiant glow! I think too much of meat is not good :nono:.
Catskin, just replace the beef with fish and chicken more often. Also maybe you don't like daal and veg because of the way you are making them. Try making them spicier and with lots of herbs like coriander. This way I'm sure you will enjoy them more.
