oh my god, it freaks me out when i see how much of my hair falls out when i shower...i can made a hair ball out of the hair i lose!!
otherwise i reckon i lose more than 200 strands daily easily. in the last week i have collected a yorgurt pot of my hair which i showed to my doc. she gave me vitamin e capsules and folic acid tablets to take daily. hope it helps! lol!
