a few hours ago eh??:). what you said is very true. But i think it stems from the fact that my dad is quite a masculine guy and he instilled that in me. When i was growing up, i was taught to never be sensitive cuz its a feminine thing. So it just stuck. I was always told “be a man” haha. Call it tough love. But now i know that you cant bottle things up. And sharing ur grief with someone is not always a sign of weakness…
