Our problem is that we have been able to amass billions of dollars worth of weapons but couldnt stop Dhaka from falling, losing Siachin, Osama Bin Laden Operation, Drone strikes and even the attacks of terrorists on high profile military targets. We have got atomic bombs but we cannot produce electricity, dismal figures of health and education.

Thats what I have been saying in other threads that both the countries having nuclear assets, but majority population living below poverty line is not an achievement at all.
