Wow you must be a mind reader, actually we did meet up for lunch. I wouldn't call it freaky though.
On to the subject of cars, horse vs cyl is quite mind boggling. my ford explorer was v6 with 230 hp and LR is 197 v8. LR with less horse power is more powerful for some reason.

LR pur Jab us peh pehar rakhan to wooo bhagti heh, phisalti heh compared to Ford, vo rothi thee, cheekhti thee.

HP alone is not a good indicator. What you are talking about is Torque which takes into account the weight of the car and the power produced by the engine. You put the same 197 hp engine in a Suzuki Alto and it will almost fly away.

ps. So one lunch with Madhanee, and you start talking like him. Pinstripe is much more reselient, then.

As far as ur question is concerned, the power to weight ratio would be ok, but get ur pirelli's checked. They shouldnt squeal like a woman being raped, instead when the turbo kicks in at 1800, the pirelli's should grip the road like a cheetah & sprint the car within seconds to 100...!!!

Do airplane engines use horse power? The reason I ask obviously is because of the Airbus.
They mentioned that upto 70 cars can be parked side by side on the wings of the Airbus. But in the spirit of the thread and Faisals response on Suzuki Alto, it got me thinking, jsut curious

It depends on type. Not all Pirelli are same. Usually stock tires are not really high performance unless he got aftermarket Pirelli.

All engines have horsepower, even your lawnmower. Mine has whopping 6.5 hp.

I am powered by Nickel Cadmium Battery. In standby mode it lasts banning. Otherwise I need to plug into religio or world forum to charge me up.
