Did you put Jaifal and jawatri in your Qourma ? If you did not then it is not authentic shaadi biyaah wala qourma.
In USA they sell diced piyaaz in packets and it is found in the frozen vegetable section to save you the trouble. There is a as seen on TV gadget which does a pretty good job at dicing the piyaaz without giving you teary eyes.
