^^ not only government.. its a bond of corrupted people from public level to the president. so its not only GOVT
If this "bond" was truly real , then anything government does to the people is not only just and not tyrannical; it is also “voluntary” on the part of the society. It is vital to understand there is no bond between 95% of the general population and the establishment, maybe between the elite and the government but that's a different issue all together.
