Marriage only gets in your way of studying if you let it. I know there is this myth in pak, India, etc etc that by marrying, a person stops studying. This is not the case all of the time. I have seen many people who are married and are studying (MBA, Engineer, Medicine).
As for the kids, I’ll say the same thing as above. Plus there is a hadith where Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said that whenever Allah will wish you to have kids, even you (i.e. the parent) cannot stop it. A person will have a child when Allah wishes for him to have a child, whether it is 1 year after marriage or 10 years after marriage. So No, kids & marriage don’t get in your way if you don’t let it. WaAllah ho Alim.
