people and races form a spectrum, just like the colour spectrum. the hotter countries have darker skin, these changes are usually gradual. white in europe - tanned around eastern europe, light brown in west asia and so on. slanted eyes come in around the outer edges of eastern india.
pakistanis and indian do still look different because of the cultures around there, ie arranged marriages to cousins and a lack of mixing.
