It's a fact that many hanafis start leaving after 8 rakaats. Just pathetic without a valid reason.
Anyways, we have daleels infront of us, we need not flock to gupshup in ramadan and start tarawih threads... just go to the scholars! Also, with the internet, it can't get much easier!!!!
