55 to 60 in one set.push ups are not often a test of how strong you are ..you kid be skinny as hell and therefore would have less weight to push up and can end up doing a lot.in us army you have to do atleast 35 as a guy to be admitted

^not one hour.in hour i can manage 4 to 5 sets end up close to 200.i do a bit of weights in between that helps push ups
