just make it a habit.. always try to eat something before going to school/work/uni/etc..

specially for the last few years, I am addicted to chai.. so at least a mug of chai in the morning.. and I always have 2 toasts with margerine and something like cheese or jam or (chockie spread) :blush: on it.

If I have time and not in the hurry then I can have 4 toasts..

i usually have something simple…if I am in a rush then I’ll drink (or take with me) my ready-made protein shake and grab a banana. If I have some time I’ll make a fresh fruit smoothie and add protein powder to it. Sometimes I’ll have an oatmeal or a bowl of cereal as well.

In my more younger days :halo: I didnt eat breakfast at all. As I got older I learned that breakfast is the most important meal of the day…since then I have been eating it. It’s so true though…it really makes you function better throughout the day.
