"EeNT kuttay daa beyr" is Punjabi/Saraiki expression ... I have heard in the poetry of Khalid Masood who is from Multan... I think the misra' was something like:
Danishwar aur Danish maiN hai EeNT kuttaY daa beyr
The euqivalent that I have seen in urdu is "Khudaa/Allah waastaY kaa beyr" ...
