You know how it is with desis. You throw a party, then you get invited to at least 10 parties since each person that came to your party feels obligated to invite you to their next bash...at which point, you spark up conversations with people, and then invite more people to your next bash, and then the cycle continues.
Somewhere you gotta get a hit.

Online matrimonials/dating sites are like marriage bureaus on steroids. Not much difference. Match making has been going on for ages, only now the matchmaker has taken the shape of an IBM server catering to 200,000+ hits a day.

Only losers go online to find their future 'soul-mate'...like come on people...Has it really become that bad???? I rather marry a complete fob than someone from the internet. What would I tell my kids? Your mother and I met on an internet website along time ago beforeeeeeee? LOOL how lame does that sound.

2 cousins of mine met on chat, one's nikkah was yesterday while the other1 is already married and has a 1 year old son. Ofcourse the parents were involved and stuff.
