i get 6 to 7 hrs in weekdays .... and like 7-8 hrs on weekend (thanks to Allah s.w.t.).

Usually 5 hours on regular days and I catch up every Saturday,
sleeping 10 hours in a row.
But it depends on the season as well. At winter, I usually sleep
at very odd hours, because Im always thinking blinking ;-)

hmmm…weekdays…i get about 6-7 hrs…weekends…morelike 9-11hrs

Minimum 8 hours beauty sleep every single day, although once in a while i over-do it to a max of 15 hours....and then there's those days when staying out late leave me with only an hour or so, and man does my head hurt when i gotta get up on those days...however, i have more-or-less a good routine and very occasionally indulge in late nights or lie-ins....
