My wife is 5 years younger then me, however age really does not matter, in the end there is no age formula, I have seen ppl with 6 months age gap happy and I have seen ppl with 13 years age gap really happy as well, with all that said I would agree with other posters 2-5 years is a reasonable age difference.

Did you and your wife face opposition from family because of the age difference? I’m just curious. You don’t have to answer if you don’t feel comfortable.
