They have improved. Was dispatched on Oct 11 and went to pick up today (Oct 17). :D

got mine in 2weeks [from the day i applied, online] and cards were delivered to my home through DHL. u don’t have to go to the consulate to pick them up. if you apply online, they’ll charge u an extra $7[US] for home-delivery. if everything required is provided they’ll mail out your cards in roughly 7-10 business days and extra 3 days for DHL to deliver. :k:
