gosh my husband takes longer than most of you ladies! 
I wishh I could cut down on my 'getting ready time'...
When I have uni (a 9am class), i'm up at about 5:20am to leave home by 7:30am...and yes, unfortunately, I spend all that time getting ready. Washing my hair, straightening it, and getting the perfect outfit together takes THAT long. But then it gets easier lol because I only have uni 3 days so GHD-ing it once a week is enough...hence the rest of the days my 'getting ready' time is somewhat decreased.

wow u guys get ready super fast take me between 40 minutes to an hour thts without a shower
either u ladies are exaggerating wayyy to much, or im just super slow. 
but hey if the end result is satisfying, i dont mind spending all the time 
for parties/davats:
i wash my hair, dry it, mousse/volumize it, curl it, full makeup, jewelry, clothes, the whole sha-bang…approx 1 hour- 2 hours depending how fancy..
for work:
put on clothes that are already ironed, medium makeup (foundation, eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss), namaz, coffee from coffee maker, granola bar, grab the keys, and i’m out the door …approx 30-45 min
add to this another 15-25 min if i wash my hair that morning and decide to dry it and style it..

Wow ..... i feel like a loser compared to u guys...
When I was in college (less than a yr ago. lol)- 30 to 40 mins
I take shower and straighten my hair the night before... i didn't eat breakfast either... I would eat once I reached college. Finding an outfit (only ones that are already ironed), applying makeup (foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, blush, lipgloss), and getting my stuff together would take that long...
When I worked - 1 1/2 hour
Shower and straightening hair the night before. But in the morning I would put my hair up, put on full makeup, put on clothes (thought of an outfit night before), get my things together, and eat a full breakfast...
Now that I am unemployed - ?????
I miss having to get up and getting full on ready :( It's kinda pointless when you are basically going to be staying home all day. Shower routine is still at night. I brush my hair in the morning and put it up in a ponytail now. If I know I have to run errands ... i'll throw on jeans and the first hoody that I can see. So yea... thats about it. 5 minutes tops????????? :(

to the ladies that take 1+ hrs …
15 min on work days … shower/shampoo at night, no makeup, cup of tea.
Dress up … 30 min max … probably cuz my “makeup” = eyeliner+lipgloss and my “hairdo” = no hair products/tools, just brushing it well and leaving it be 
I bet it shows that I took only 30 min to get ready … ehh but I just don’t care 
hahah, nice. your very lucky!! i’m one of the 1+ girls…
my problem is i dont have perfect hair like yours. i cant just brush it and leave it..no way. it’ll either be limp as a noodle or a greasy flat mess on my head. my hair requires lots of volumizing product, heat and a large barrel iron for it to look presentable, lol

I shower night before, dont eat breakfast and dont apply make up and sometimes depending on what dress im wearing, I dont even need to iron it. Im a flipping hobo and I like it.

p.s I could never change in the morning without a shower. methinks it's nasty. even if i had a shower before bed, have to have another when changing out of my jammies.
