How important is it to wear a bra?

I doubt going bra-less will cause premature sagging, all a bra does is lift the breasts up and it gives support. How can that make your breasts firmer? It's like saying those shapewear support pants make your backside firmer. All it does is give the *appearance *of firmer, pert breasts while you're wearing it.

Even c is considered a smaller cup in desiland.

I don’t think you’ll gain more than 1 cup in size after babies if you already have a C or D.

Bras on the other hand? I hate the way bras feel and cut into the skin. And I guess there is a social stigma against going bra-less in public, as well. Like not wearing socks w/ sneakers or something similar.

There are slut walks and you are saying that there is stigma for not wearing a bra?

PS 2 Exercise firms up the muscles behind the breasts, so would it also not help with keeping them upright?

I've gone braless plenty of times in front of mum. Not a problem because I wear baggier tops if I'm gonna lounge around braless in the house.

I keep it on all the time. I change it the next day and or even in the evening if its really hot out but I always have one on even while I am sleeping.

Its because of the same issue…back problems and whatnot.

a friend of mine said victoria’s secrets bras had pretty good support.

And by social stigma, I don’t mean from the feminists. I’m referring to the stigma attached w/ self-care and going braless. It’s almost considered rude to not wear one which is why I gave an example of sockless feet w/ sweaty sneakers. As for exercise, I haven’t looked into that but that is a good point.

Theres a really good one by Triumph (without wire) and it has amazing shape and support :k: it looks awesome with shilwar kameez and t-shirts as well.. gives a really nice fit and posture

^ ive tried pretty much everthing too.. but a few years ago i was introdcued to this (suprisingly in pakistan) and have never looked back...
