I was recently told that if our relationship were at a crossroad where it was either my happiness or our relationship, he’d give up our relationship to let me have my happiness.

That is a rookie’s attempt at unconditional love :). And I love that.

i dont believe in unconditional love but this looks like true love
but your guy’s definitely a romantic he’s only looking at your happiness, that’s wonderful
