How do you train your infant to sleep through the night?

7 is way too early for bed time.. try stretching it out to atleast 9.30. i used to put aariz to bed by 8 but he woudl do the same as kanza.. sleep until 1 properly and then wake up every few hours .. itw as a pain …

though some of the problem may be the fact she doesnt eat enough to keep her ful for the night… if she has poor appetite, cant she be givevn soethign to boost it.. like mosegar syrup ?

Yaar, khawa, the reason i put her to bed early is so hubs and i can have some time to ourselves. Its very important for me to take a couple of hours to myself if i can manage it at the end of the day. Plus she needs 11 hours atleast each night and this is the only way to manage it.

What is mosegar syrup? i have tried giving her formula at night but she does not like it at all. I am hoping she iwll take to cow’s milk more readily so i can see how much she is drinking.
