How do you train your infant to sleep through the night?

Crystal Bracelet: yup. .he used to sleep until 11… but not now.. he is a 10 month old now mashallah and their sleep needs are less than a 6 month olds so he now he sleeps 11 hours at night and takes 2 naps during day , 1.30 to 2 hours each.

Oh you are still lucky Both my kids are up by 7:30 am no matter how late I put them to bed
