7 is way too early for bed time.. try stretching it out to atleast 9.30. i used to put aariz to bed by 8 but he woudl do the same as kanza.. sleep until 1 properly and then wake up every few hours .. itw as a pain …
though some of the problem may be the fact she doesnt eat enough to keep her ful for the night… if she has poor appetite, cant she be givevn soethign to boost it.. like mosegar syrup ?
Crystal Bracelet: yup. .he used to sleep until 11… but not now.. he is a 10 month old now mashallah and their sleep needs are less than a 6 month olds so he now he sleeps 11 hours at night and takes 2 naps during day , 1.30 to 2 hours each.
