How do you train your infant to sleep through the night?

With a 11 month old breastfed baby who wakes up several times a night, i have done everything i possibly can to get her to sleep without night wakings but its like impossible. I try to feed her as much as i can during the day but she is not a big eater, never has been. Last night, she went to bed at 7, slept till 12 without a peep and then woke up every 2 hours after that. I wish i knew what the problem was.

I’m in the same boat.. my one year old wakes up almost every hour! And she isn’t a big eater either.. so I can’t really stuff her during the day!
