Re: How do you kill a Muslim and get away with 2 months house arrest & a $6000 fine?
Find a female Muslim who was raped and then kill her for family honor?
Wait, there's no fine if you do that.

A war crime is condemnable regardless of who commits it. Most of the war criminals get away with it and a very few don't. As far as Pakistani history goes to the events of 1971, yes there is no doubt that no one received any sort of accountability. However the people crying against America on this forum were probably not even born when the 1971 events occured or if they were they certainly weren't mature enough to indulge into such discussion, there might be a few exceptions. However just because many Pakistanis do not revisit the 1971 events in their discussions does not mean Americas misgivings should be overlooked. If that were the case then every nation probably has a blot somewhere in there history, which would prevent them from crying out against injustice. The government of 1971 is gone, the characters of that era are gone or not in considerable power. What matters is what your morals are in the time presented to you.

It is not a matter if some people on this forum were alive in 1971, neither is it a case of American killing and murders being overlooked.
It is simply a case that when one condems others for a wrong, that condemnation carries no weight when you are doing it yourself, in the past, and especially the present.
Re: How do you kill a Muslim and get away with 2 months house arrest & a $6000 fine?
atleast they don't like to have relation with anyone other then their husbands even though they were forced to do but not with their own choices. But on other hand, your mother and sisters don't know what mother and sister means and they are f>>> (sorry for this word but that's truth) by everybody. They are not even ashamed even though they have used their own will. I can't see any difference between animals and acts of the west. An animal will go anywhere because he don't know nothing. Western have relationships like animals.
Wait, there's no fine if you do that.

so basically, the best way for US army officials to be exonerated is to have “investigations” drop to pakistani standards? this is probably the easiest and quickest way to make all such violations disappear.
Re: How do you kill a Muslim and get away with 2 months house arrest & a $6000 fine?
Generals Colonels and Brigadiers are junior personnel in 1971 but since 2003, Chief Warrant Officers are strategic senior commanders!!!! Very interesting

Two wrongs dont make a right.
All of you giving Maddy crap about the thread, just by citing an example of a past injustice (1971) aren't really helping any cause. So fine, what happened back in 1971 was wrong, no the culprits weren't punished, and yes Maddy's defence of the argument is flawed as well. But does that all make this stuff happening now right???
Its something that should be discussed and condemned. Period.
If someone points out something thats wrong, you dont point out a 'wrong' thing from 35 years ago and say nope because ur army stuffed up 35 years ago, you cant object.
I agree with Maddy, its a joke. Gross human rights violations going unnoticed and unpunished. Anyone throwing the 1971 argument, well what do u think about the topic at hand? or cos we stuffed up in 1971, its OK for Americans to do what they are doing?

You are conveniently ignoring the pertinent points. Not only are people talking about Pak Army murder in1971, they talk about their actions since then, and currently in Balochistan.
Of course Pak Army murder doesn't make it ok for US to murder, but Pakistanis cannot claim the moral high ground when they don't care about the atrocities committed by the Pak Army, past and present.
Simply put, in this situation they are only hypocrites.
