As LB said, you need to use a brush that will give you volume while blow drying.
Then back-comb/teasing to achieve the height and finally spray, spray and more spray.
btw....Joice Ice Mist will hold it forever if you want!

actually u just need a brush/comb and bunch of hair spray to hold the hair, and that's it.

get someone to tease it =) and i think it has to be short and light hair.
