that isnt really for dark circles but for puffyness under the eyes.. even then its meant to be used once in a blue moon.. not regularly.

I had circles for a long time and all I did was change my sleeping pattern. I wasn’t getting enough sleep before and now I get a full 8 hours sleep. It made a world of difference and my circles soon disappeared.
If you have too much salt in your diet, that can also cause darkness around the eyes … be sure to drink lots of water, regularly.

fact is that if dark circles are genetic there is nothing that u can do about them except cover with concealer. i wonder if some sort of surgery might help though

Yeah SD, that's what the woman at the Clinique counter told me ...
I don't use concealer, thank God. I am hoping to fight that battle in my 30s. :D
